This can be used for just about anything from meat to crummed veggies.

INGREDIENTS
360 g dried bread crumbs
100 ml oil
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon paprika
1 tablespoon lemon pepper
1 teaspoon pepper
½ teaspoon garlic salt
½ teaspoon garlic flakes
¼ teaspoon onion flakes
1 tablespoon dried parsley
1 tablespoon dried oregano

INSTRUCTIONS
In a large bowl mix all the ingredients together.
Place meat of your choice in whisked egg then in the crumbs.

To make your own breadcrumbs.
Grate day-old bread and place crumbs on a baking sheet.
Place in oven at 100°C to toast them until golden brown
