What exactly is in the box?
Each box contains 21 individually pre-packed snack packs for each weekday of the month. All our snacks are beautifully packed in individual pouches. Each snack pack consists of 4 – 5 food items with or without a beverage depending on the option you choose. The food items are generally in a 30-55g sealed package. Within the box, there is a variety of dried fruit, nuts, seeds, bars, and treats. The snacks are a balance of protein, carbohydrate and dried fruit.
Our menu changes regularly so expect exciting new snacks monthly.
Do your products contain Nuts?
Snack Box products is packed in a nut environment. Many products contain tree nuts and/or ground nuts not suitable for persons with nut allergies.
All biltong or droëwors products are sourced from a certified Halaal supplier.
Is There A Monthly Deadline?
No, there is a no cut-off date, however, we please ask you pay for recurring orders by the 25th of each month in order to receive your order after the 1st of the next month. Packaging and shipping normally takes 1 – 4 working days. We are flexible and will always try to accommodate your request for payment dates and deliveries. How do I cancel or pause my subscription?
Your subscription continues from month to month until you cancel. You have the ability to suspend your subscription, and all payments will stop for the period the subscription is suspended.
When your subscription is reactivated, the payment schedule will continue as it did before the subscription was suspended. The payment schedule is not changed based on the amount of time the subscription has been suspended.
To make sure you do not receive the next month’s Snack Box, you must suspend your subscription 5 working days before your scheduled payment. We also offer the option of skipping a month while maintaining your membership. If you would like to cancel or pause your subscription, simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
How do I pay?
Once you have placed your order, we offer easy secure payment gateway which offers different payment options. Upon checkout, you pay via PayFast. PayFast is a secure and convenient payment gateway for South Africa that allows you to pay by instant EFT, credit card or debit card. There is NO additional charge if you pay via PayFast. I
Only once your payment has been verified, will we start getting your box ready.
Can I make special requests regarding the content of the Snackbox?
When & where do we deliver?
You can collect your Snack Box from our Retail Shop in
All subscriptions shipped out in the first week of the month, and are delivered within 1-4 working days to major cities. Outlying areas might take a little longer.
Delivery of a Pay-as-you-go box takes +-4 days. Month-to-month subscription receives their Snack Box order once a month.
Do I need to be in and sign for my box?
Anyone at the delivery address can accept the delivery. In order for us to prove that delivery of an order has been completed, we do not have to prove that you personally received the goods, but rather that any person at the delivery address signed for the delivery.
How do I cancel my deliveries?
